Oh yeah, you usually use art to fix that. I mean that's what I have been doing anyways. But other than art I simply try to not care too much about the stresses and pressures of life just by sitting down and listening to some music or convincing myself that it's all temporary. But hey that's just me...

Exactly what SkimblixWalker said but this not just for anixety alone any negative emotions another thing that helps is going out with friends! Because it really helps ignore these emotions!

I used to have an extreme case of anxiety and high stress but now it's not as bad, usually what helped me when I had a lot of stress and overthinking things was going outside, either alone or with friends. talking with friends about random stuff helps too, I never really try to completely ignore these emotions cause there's a reason they're there and it's extremely difficult to ignore, sometimes I just tell myself that they're just thoughts and they'll go away eventually. drawing really calms me down, like I mean really big drawings cause usually when I work on a bigger drawing I have something to work towards, a goal really, that goal is finishing the drawing, this helps cause I'm thinking about drawing and nothing else, no stressful thoughts, just the feeling of drawing. well I hope I helped in some way and good luck getting through what's going on in your life.
